Ellis Rubinstein,president and CEO of the New York Academy of Science told us how the Academy helps Pepsi f ind the right guys.Pepsi has undergone change to become a health company instead of a dangerous food company.What they needed was brilliant young scientists that wouldn't normally want to work for a food company.So the New York Academy of Science organized a kind of contest:What can you do if there are challenges going on now in food companies,meanwhile there are 3 billion people in the world that need your help? Students then send in their resumes,and Pepsi picks the most interesting hundred to interview.
