摘要
PCR方法检测食源性致病菌在敏感性、特异性与速度上都具有很大优势,在其应用过程中,选择的靶基因和由此设计的引物序列直接影响方法的特异性和灵敏性。综述了大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、志贺氏菌及其他常见的食源性致病菌在PCR检测中常用的靶基因及其参考引物,以供相关研究者借鉴。
The PCR detection of food borne pathogen is rapid,accurate, specific and sensitive.Molecular targets and primers-associated could effect the specification and sensitivity of PCR detection directly.The paper reviewed the studies on the molecular targets and primersassociated for the PCR detection of Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Shigella and other foodborne pathogen, which would be a great pool of information resources to select specific tarclets for the PCR detection.
