Abstract The rising of the knowledge economy is a huge productivity transform. It arouses
many transforms in different fields of society mainly including diversification of science and
technology, incorporation of the world econorny, diversification of system of ownership and
socialization of life. We will meet the chanllenge of the knowledy economy with the vitalizing
nation strategy with science and education.
