College students funding system is not only a long-standing objective problem,but also has already become an increasingly widespread hot issue concerned in the world.Although this system is an integral part of higher education,it has great significance of exploring value;it is not only concerned about the realization of social equity and justice,but also it plays an important role in social stability and development for the government.With the introduction to the goal of China＇s higher education massification,large-scale development of higher education and college students funding issue has become urgent problem to solve.Based on BaoDingShi universities in China as the research object,the student financial aid system innovation and improvement measures.
