壳聚糖季铵盐在棉织物喷墨印花中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 采用壳聚糖季铵盐对棉织物进行改性处理,探讨了改性处理对棉织物水性颜料墨水喷墨印花性能的影响。结果表明,经壳聚糖季铵盐改性后,棉纤维表面变得光滑,并形成一层薄膜;壳聚糖季铵盐改性可提高喷墨印花织物的K/S值,当壳聚糖季铵盐用量为0.8%时,K/S值由原先的3.20提高到4.87;喷墨印花的防渗化性能得到增强,印花清晰度提高,打印0.5 mm线条时,处理后织物经纬向的实际线宽清晰度分别提高16.5%和12.6%;改性后印花棉织物的弯曲刚度和弯曲滞后矩略有增加,织物手感略微变差。 Cotton fabric is modified with chitosan ammonium salt followed by pigment inkjet printing. Influence of modification on water-based pigment inkjet printing properties of cotton fabric is discussed. The results show that the fiber surface becomes smooth and is covered with a film after chitosan ammonium salt modification. K/S value of the cotton printings increases from 3.20 to 4.87 when modified with 0.8% of chitosan ammonium salt. Anti-flushing property is enhanced, printing definition is improved, and the accuracies of lines in warp and weft directions increase by 16.5% and 12.6% respectively when printing 0.5 mm line. The modified cotton priritings feature a little increase in bending stiffness and lag bending moment and a slight decrease in handle.
