摘要
采用人工汗液浸泡-浊点萃取(CPE)-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定纺织品中微量镍,探讨了影响浊点萃取及测定灵敏度的因素。在最佳条件下,镍的富集倍率为20倍,检出限为0.5ng/mL(n=11),回收率为98.0%~102.5%,RSD小于2.8%(n=5),镍含量在1.0—500.0ng/mL时服从比尔定律。
The combined method of synthetic perspiration dipping, cloud point extraction (CPE) and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) is applied to determine trace nickel in textiles. Factors exerting influence on CPE and detecting sensitivity are analyzed. Under the optimized conditions, this method can be used for determination of trace nickel in textiles with enrichment factor of 20 times, detection limit of 0.5 ng/mL(n = 11 ), recovery rate of 98.0% - 102.5%, relative standard deviation{RSD }less than 2.8% (n =5), the nickel content obeys the Lamber-beer's law in the range from 1.0 to 500.0 ng/mL.
