摘要
通过固定硅酸盐水泥熟料率值,改变硫铝酸锶钙矿物的含量,研究了阿利特-硫铝酸锶钙水泥的合成与性能。利用X射线衍射、扫描电镜与能谱分析、岩相分析等测试手段分析了阿利特-硫铝酸锶钙水泥熟料的组成和结构。结果表明,硫铝酸锶钙矿物与硅酸盐熟料矿物可以共存,其最佳引入量为6%~12%,在1350~1380℃温度范围烧成时结晶较好。在上述条件下制备的阿利特-硫铝酸锶钙水泥的ld、3d和28d抗压强度最高分别达到30.5MPa、58.4MPa和122.2MPa。
The preparation conditions and performance of alite-strontium calcium sulphoaluminate cement were studied with a clinker made of ordinary cement raw meal of fixed modulus and various content of strontium calcium sulphoaluminate.The mineral constituents and the structures of the alite-strontium calcium sulphoaluminate clinker were analyzed by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis and petrographic analysis.The results showed that the strontium calcium sulphoaluminate could coexist with the mineral of Portland clinker in a clincker system,and its optimal content should be 6%~12%.The nice crystal could be form within the temperature range of 1350~1380℃.The 1d,3d and 28d compressive strength of this type cement that prepared under these conditions could be 30.5MPa,58.4MPa and 122.2MPa.
