气体传感器电应力可靠性试验与分析 被引量:4

Reliability test and statistical analysis of gas sensor under voltage stress

摘要 以LNG气体传感器为研究对象,文中在对该气体传感器失效模式和失效机理调研的基础上,建立了气体传感器在电应力作用下的失效物理方程,进行了以电应力为加速因子的恒定应力加速寿命试验。结果表明,在电应力作用下,传感器的失效物理方程为Arrhenius模型,主要故障是传感器零位输出漂移严重。经对试验数据进行统计分析,求得了传感器在电应力作用下的可靠性参数估计值及加速寿命方程,为传感器的寿命分布检验及寿命评估奠定了基础。
