基于模糊综合评价的技术创新合作伙伴选择模型研究

Research on a Model for Choosing Cooperation Innovation Partners Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

首先对国内外学者"合作伙伴选择"的相关研究成果进行了剖析,找出了现有研究中存在的不足。在此基础上,从相容性、信誉度和互补性3个方面构建评价指标体系,并运用Theil不均衡指数和模糊综合评价方法建立了技术创新合作伙伴选择模型;最后通过数据仿真计算,对模型的科学性和可操作性进行了检验。

Firstly, the paper analyzes some domestic and foreign scholars＇ research of choosing partners and finds out some deficiency. On this basis, it constructs an evaluation index system from three aspects, such as compatibility, reputation and complementary. Then, it constructs a model about choosing partners with Theil index of non-equilibrium and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Lastly, it tests the science and maneuverability of model by data simulation calculation. The test results show that the model has a certain degree of scientific and strong operability.
