Progress and Integrated Control Measures of Porcine Proliferative Enteronitis

猪增生性肠炎又称猪增生性肠病,是由细胞内劳森菌引起的猪接触性传染病,以回肠和结肠隐窝内未成熟肠细胞发生腺瘤样增生为特征的一种猪肠道综合症,本文介绍其病原特点、流行病学、临床症状、发病机理、病理变化、临床及实验室诊断、综合防控措施等方面的研究进展。

Porcine proliferative enteronitis is also known as porcine proliferative enteropathoy, PPE is one of the most harmful bac- terial infectious diseases in swine which induced by lawsonia intracellularis. It is an intestinal syndrome of swine with the feature of adenomatous hyperplasia of immature intestinal cells in recess of ileum and colon. Pathogenic characteristics, primarily in epidemiology, clinical symptoms, pathogenesis, pathological changes, clinical and laboratory diagnosis, prevention and control measures of PPE were reviewed in this article.
