摘要
以引种的欧洲垂枝桦1 a生的腋芽茎段为外植体,以WPM为基本培养基进行离体培养,以期获得最适培养基及激素种类和浓度组合,结果表明:欧洲垂枝桦腋芽离体培养最佳培养基为WPM+2.0 mg.L-16-BA;最佳生根培养基为WPM+NAA 0.5 mg.L-1+IBA 0.2 mg.L-1。
One year old stem of axillary buds of introduced European Betula pendula was used as explants, and WPM as basal medium to carry out in vitro culture to select optimal medium, hormone type and port- folio concentration. The results showed that: the best medium for in vitro culture was WPM+2.0 mg·L-1 6-BA, and the rooting medium was WPM+ NAA 0.5 mg · L-1 +IBA 0.2 mg·L-1.
