This paper mainly illustrated the geographical conditions, the unique advantages of the current geological environment of Dazu Rock Carvings. The paper analyzed the problems of Dazu Rock Carvings from the natural factors and human factors. In the paper, some relevant protection policies such as the system of management, protective regulations, the international cooperation modes, the moderate development of tourism have been put forward, so as to promote the sustainable development of the cultural heritage site the Dazu Rock Carvings.
