摘要
研究了绿光、红光和红外光激光光源和热轧薄板干扰光对热轧薄板厚度测量的影响。利用电炉加热Cu薄片模拟生产现场热轧薄板环境,采用双光路激光三角法,在基于位置敏感器件(PSD)的调制光源和非调制光源的两种测量系统上,分别选用不同激光光源对热轧薄板厚度进行测量。实验结果表明,在两种测量系统中,测量精度均受到了热轧薄板干扰光的很大影响,而选用红光激光器比选用绿光激光器更有利于提高测量精度。
The effects of the laser source(green light,red light and infrared light) and the disturbing light on the thickness measurement of hot rolled sheets were studied.The hot rolled sheet producing environment was simulated by heating the sheet copper with electric cooker,and the sheet thickness was measured in two systems with modulated laser or non-modulated laser,respectively based on position sensitive device(PSD),using the laser triangulation method with different laser sources.The results prove that the measuring accuracy is influenced greatly by the disturbing light,and selecting the red light laser is more conducive to improve the measuring accuracy than the green light laser.
