Multivariate Logistic Regression of Factors Influencing Diagnosis and Treatment Behavior of Clinicians

目的探讨患者因素对临床医生诊疗行为的影响。方法从嘉祥县各医院中随机选取310名医生,调查患者经济状况、自行处方等因素对医生诊疗行为的影响。结果患者自行处方、隐瞒病史、医患关系紧张对医生的诊疗行为规范化呈负作用;而患者反馈评价、加入医疗保险和患者自身的经济状况有利于促进医生的诊疗行为向着规范化方面发展。结论应该针对患者因素对医生诊疗行为的影响,采取措施限制患者因素的负面效应,充分利用患者因素的积极作用加强诊疗规程落实,从而促进诊疗行为规范化。

[Objective]To investigate the effect of patient factors on diagnosis and treatment behavior of clinicians.[Methods]310 clinicians were randomly selected from different hospitals in Jiaxiang county.The effect of patient factors,such as economic status and self-prescription,on diagnosis and treatment behavior of clinicians was studied.[Results]The self-prescription and concealing medical history of patients,and bad doctor-patient relationship have the negative effect on diagnosis and treatment behavior of clinicians.The feedback evaluation,medical insurance and economic status of patients are helpful to standardize the diagnosis and treatment behavior of clinicians.[Conclusion]According to the effect of patient factors on diagnosis and treatment behavior of clinicians,the measures should be adopted to limit the negative effect of patient factors,and regulations of diagnosis and treatment should be implemented based on the positive effect of patient factors,so as to improve the standardization of diagnosis and treatment behavior.
