摘要
对加工过程最优自适应控制进行了探讨,提出了基于GA的切削用量优化方法和基于多感知融合策略的刀具磨损检测技术,建立了一种新的加工过程智能最优自适应控制系统。
The adaptive control optimization for the machining process is studied. The parameter optimization method based on the genetic algorithm and the tool wear measure technique by integrating information are presented. A new intelligent adaptive control optimization system is set up.
