痛经方周期性治疗寒瘀型原发性痛经临床观察

Clinical observation of "Tongjing Decoction" in periodically treating dysmenorrhea of cold-blood deficiency

目的观察痛经方周期性治疗寒瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法将64例寒瘀型原发性痛经患者随机分为治疗组(34例)和对照组(30例),治疗组根据月经周期服用痛经方,对照组予止痛化胶囊;两组均治疗3个月经周期,观察临床疗效及中医证候积分变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率达100.0%,对照组为76.7%;组间临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后中医证候积分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痛经方周期性治疗寒瘀型原发性痛经疗效良好。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Tongjing Decoction＂ in periodic treatment of dysmenorrhea of cold-blood deficiency.Methods Sixty-four subjects were equally randomized into treatment group（34 cases） and control group（30 cases）.The treatment group was treated ＂Tongjing Decoction＂ according to menstrual cycle,and the control group was treated with ＂Zhitong Huazhen Capsule＂,with three menstrual cycles treatment course.Clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome score were observed.Results The total effective rate was 100% in the treatment group,higher than 76.67% in the control group（P0.05）.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores were obviously reduced in both groups（P0.05）,with more significant reduction in the treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion Periodic treatment of ＂Tongjing Decoction＂ is quite effective for dysmenorrhea of cold-blood deficiency.
