腹结穴埋针治疗糖尿病便秘临床观察

Clinical observation of needle-embeding therapy at Fujie(SP14) in treating diabetic constipation

目的观察腹结穴埋针治疗糖尿病便秘的临床疗效。方法将63例糖尿病便秘患者随机分为治疗组(31例)和对照组(32例),分别给予腹结穴埋针治疗和麻仁软胶囊治疗,疗程10天。结果治疗组总有效率为93.55%,对照组为75.00%(P<0.05);治疗组便秘平均缓解时间为(2.5±0.5)d,对照组为(4.5±1.0)d(P<0.05)。治疗后随访3个月,治疗组复发的平均时间为(63.5±3.5)d,对照组为(33.5±2.5)d(P<0.01)。结论腹结穴埋针治疗糖尿病便秘临床疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of needle-embeding therapy at Fujie（SP14） in treating diabetic constipation.Methods Sixty-three subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 31 cases were treated by needle-embeding therapy at Fujie（SP14） and control group in which 32 cases were treated by ＂Maren Ruan Capsule＂,with a course of 10 days.Results The total effective rate was 93.55% in the treatment group and 75.00% in the control group,with a difference between them（P0.05）;the average constipation-relieving time was（2.5±0.5） days in the treatment group and（4.5±1.0） days in the control group,with a difference between them（P0.05）.A survey after three months found that the average relapse time was（63.5±3.5） days in the treatment group and（33.5±2.5） days in the control group,with a difference between them（P0.01）.Conclusion Needle-embeding therapy at Fujie（SP14） is quite effective for diabetic constipation.
