摘要 目的:研究罗汉果茎的不同部位提取物清除二苯基苦基苯肼(2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazy1,DPPH)自由基的作用。方法:采用系统溶剂法将罗汉果茎的乙醇萃取物分成石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇及水四个部位提取物,采用二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)自由基体系法测定其抗氧化活性,并和没食子酸、抗坏血酸进行比较。结果:罗汉果茎的水部位提取物对DPPH的清除能力最强,其次为乙酸乙酯部位提取物、正丁醇部位提取物、石油醚部位提取物。结论:罗汉果茎的不同部位提取物均有抗氧化活性。其中水部位的抗氧化能力最强。 Objective: To study the scavenging activity of radical DPPH by different parts of extracts from the siraitia grosvenorii stems. Method: Divided the alcohol extract of the siraitia gTosvenorii stems into four parts including petroleum ether part,ethyl acetate part, n-butyl alcohol part and water part by systematic solvent. Determined the antioxidant activity of the four parts by radical DPPH systematic method,compared with gallic acid and ascorbic acid. Result: Scavenging activity of radical DPPH by the water part of extracts from the siraitia grosvenorii stems is the strongest,the ethyl acetate part, the n-butyl alcohol part and the petroleum ether part successively followed. Conclusion: Scavenging effect on radical DPPH by every part of extracts from the siraitia grosvenorii stems does exist, while the the water part has the strongest effect on it.
