HPLC法测定小儿消积止咳口服液中槟榔碱的含量

Determination of Arecoline in Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquids for Children by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定小儿消积止咳口服液中槟榔碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Cosmosil C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(每1 000 ml含十二烷基磺酸钠1.0 g)(48:52),检测波长:215 nm。结果:氢溴酸槟榔碱对照品在0.100～2.008μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9;回收率为99.7%,RSD=2.63%。结论:该法简便、测定准确、分离效果好,能较好的评价该品种的质量。

Objective： To establish the determination method of areeoline in xiaoji zhike oral liquids for children by HPLC. Method： The HPLC method was performed for the determination on Cosmosil Cls column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm） ,with methanol-0. 1% H3PO4 （containing SDS 1.0 g per 1 000 ml） （48： 52） as mobile phase and detection wavelength of 215 nm. Result： The arecoline had promising liner relationship between 0. 100-2. 008 μg, and the average recovery was 99. 7% with RSD of 2. 63%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control.
