摘要
通过对电网统一时间工作历史的回顾和现状的调研,分析了电网业务对时间的要求和时间的影响,详细研究了统一电网时间的必要性和可行性。通过对电网组成特点和相关业务用时要求的分析,提出了电网时间统一系统的方案。
By reviewing the history of power grid time system and the study on the current working status,this paper analyses the requirements of power grid on time and the impact of time.It discusses the necessary and feasibility of unified time system in power grid and put forward the solution based on the analysis on the characteristics of power grid and related business requirements.
