摘要
时间统一系统是智能电网中重要的支撑系统之一,它为电网状态监测、广域相角测量、继电保护等系统提供了高精度的时间基准。传统基于卫星技术的天基授时系统由于稳定性差,受气候影响也大,以及战略安全性差,而影响了其在电力系统中的推广应用。文章介绍了一种陆基高精度授时系统PowerGTS及其在重庆电网的应用情况,并对试验网数据进行统计分析。数据表明PowerGTS能够支持电网高精度授时需求和大面积组网要求,为坚强智能电网建设提供了有力支持。
As one of the most important supporting system in smart grid,unified time system provides high precision time base for power state monitoring,wide area phase measurement and relay protection etc.Traditional satellite-based time service system is exposed to weak stability and safety,and climate-sensitive,its application in power grid is limited.This paper introduces a land-based time service system——PowerGTS and its application in ChongQing power grid.The data show that PowerGTS can meet the requirement of high precise time service and wide area timing networking of power grid.It can provide powerful support to strong smart grid.
