川芎提取物的大孔树脂纯化工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的优选川芎提取物纯化的最佳工艺。方法应用大孔树脂对川芎乙醇提取物进行纯化,优选纯化条件。结果采用HPD-100大孔树脂能有效吸附川芎有机酸部位,上柱药液浓度为每mL含0.5 g生药、比上柱量8 g/g(药材∶干树脂);分别以pH3.0的蒸馏水、5%乙醇、70%乙醇洗脱,弃去水洗液和5%乙醇洗脱液,收集70%乙醇洗脱液,阿魏酸在固形物中含量达4.61%,总酚酸在固形物中含量达51.05%。结论实验优选的工艺能够满足川芎提取物的纯化要求。 OBJECTIVE To select the best purification process for the extract of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.METHODS The ethanol extract of Rhizoma Chuanxiong was purified with macroporous resin to optimize the conditions of purification.RESULTS It was effective to absorb the organic acid of Rhizoma Chuanxiong with HPD-100 macroporous resin,and the proportion of the crude drug and drying resin was 8:1;0.5g·ml-1 of the extract was added to the medical solution and washed with distilled water of PH3.0,5% and 70% alcohol,respectively.The 70% of alcoholic eluent was collected,in which the content of forulic acid and total phenolic acid was 4.61% and 51.05% in solids respectively.CONCLUSION The established method optimized in experiments is feasible to enrich and purify the extract of Rhizoma Chuanxiong.
