棘豆属植物生物碱类成分结构特征和生理活性研究进展

Research Advances in Structures and Biological Activities of Alkaloids in Oxytropis

棘豆属植物内含有多种成分,其中的生物碱类成分既是毒性成分,又具有很好的生理活性。综述了从棘豆属植物中分离鉴定的生物碱类成分并首次对其中的喹诺里西啶类和吲哚里西啶类生物碱做了详细的结构特征分析和生理活性总结,以期更加全面地了解棘豆属植物所含的生物碱类成分。

The main components in Oxytropis plants are flavonoids,alkaloids and triterpenoids,which exhibit multiple bioactivities such as anticancer and anti-inflammatory.Among them,alkaloids are considered to be the important material basis for their promising activities in spite of their toxicity.This paper reviewed the researches of alkaloids in Oxytropis,especially the structures（characteristics of UV、IR、1H-NMR、13C-NMR and MS） and biological activities of quinolizidine and indolizidine.It is good for us to understand the characteristics of alkaloids in Oxytropis more comprehensively.
