青藤碱治疗类风湿性关节炎抑制骨破坏的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)骨质侵蚀与关节破坏是近年来研究的热点。破骨细胞是导致关节侵蚀的主要细胞。将近几年青藤碱(sinomenine,SIN)在类风湿性关节炎骨破坏的调控机制予以综述,以期进一步研究SIN对RA破骨细胞的作用机制。 Osseous erosion and articular destruction in rheumatoid arthritis(RA) have become research hotspots in recent years.Osteoclasts are main cells resulting in articular erosion.The regulatory mechanism of sinomenine(SIN) in rheumatoid arthritis osteoclasia in recent years is researched in the paper to further study the mechanism of SIN on RA osteoclasts.
