摘要
活塞发动机是无人机的动力装置,发动机性能参数的地面测试对无人机设计有着重要意义。本文基于活塞发动机的工作原理、电测量原理和单片机原理,采用模块化设计思想,利用传感器和单片机等设备,成功设计开发了小型活塞式无人机发动机的参数测量系统。该系统可以实现小型活塞发动机的转速、推力和扭矩三个参数的测试。实践证明,系统性能稳定可靠,操作简便,可扩展性强,很好地满足了小型活塞式无人机发动机驱动系统性能测试要求。
Engine is the power source of planes and its performance affects the capability of the whole UAV. The test of the engine's performance parameter on ground is important for the designing of UAV. Based on the theory of piston engine, electronic measuring and single-chip operation the au- thors adopt the idea of modularization in their design. By using the equipments such as sensors and single-chips, a parameter measuring system of engine test-rig is designed and developed. Nowadays the rotate speed, thrust and the wring moment of a piston engine can be measured by this system. The system shows stable and reliable performance and can be easily operated in actual application. It proves that the measuring precision and work efficiency have been enhanced remarkably.
