摘要
目前,NGOs在一定程度上参与了WTO的活动,但是依旧存在着局限。通过比较WTO与联合国以及其他一些国际组织对于NGOs参与其活动的法律基础、形式和不同实践,可以看出WTO扩大NGOs的参与与合作,给予其咨商地位是有理由的,也是必要的。这样可以进一步增进WTO的合法性、透明度,使其获得更广泛的支持。
Nowadays,to a certain extent NGOs anticipate the activities of the WTO,but only strictly limited.Through analysis of the legal basis,form and practices on the NGOs involvement in the WTO,it is necessary and reasonable to give NGOs the consultative status,which further improves legitimacy and transparency of WTO,and gains more individuals＇ support.
