摘要 随着三次采油开发的不断深入,由于油田开发过程中的产注不平衡,导致含油污水过剩。为了缓解污水外排压力,大庆油田第三采油厂将北三东东块、北三东西块及北二西西块二类油层注聚区块由清水配制、清水稀释改为清水配制、曝氧深度污水稀释。对地面工艺深度污水处理系统、配制注入系统、曝氧系统进行适应性分析,并提出改进措施。深度污水处理系统,针对6个区块污水处理负荷率高(平均达到109.79%),缺少深度水量等问题,提出结合产能新建深度污水系统能力;针对配注系统能力不足问题,提出对不匹配的站进行站内系统扩建,对于整体能力不足的北Ⅲ-5配制站,进行二期扩建;曝氧系统,通过对曝氧站和注水站的新(扩改)建,完成聚驱开发深度曝氧系统的综合布局,在管网建设工作量最少、现有设施利用程度最高、生产适应性尽可能增大的情况下满足开发要求。措施实施以来,已连续4个月实现了污水不外排。 Along with the deepening development of tertiary oil recovery,imbalance between production and injection during the development of oilfield leads to excess oily waste water.In order to relieve the pressure of waste water displacement outside,preparation and desaturation both by fresh water turn to preparation by the fresh water and desaturation by the waste water after deepening aeration in the polymer-injection blocks of type Ⅱ reservoirs in east and west of Beisandong block and west of Beierxi block in Daqing Oilfield.Adaptivity analysis is made on the system of depth waste water treatment on surface,preparation-injection and aeration,and the measures are proposed.The system of depth waste water treatment has the ability of decreasing the high loading ratio(109.79% of the average value)and increasing depth water volume combined with productivity.Injection distribution station should be expanded at the inner or the whole so as to solve the problem of insufficient injection distribution ability of the system.The deepening aeration system for polymer flooding consists of build of aeration station and injection station,which can meet the demands of development under the situations of less work load on pipe network construction,high utilization ratio of the present equipment and ultimate adaptivity for the production.After the implemention,the waste water has not been drainaged outside for continuous four months.
