摘要
针对药品玻璃瓶包装的检测,提出了一种基于机器视觉技术的、适于实时在线检测和控制的方法。介绍了基于HALCON机器视觉软件的药品玻璃瓶包装在线检测系统的硬件结构组成、软件平台及结构层次以及在药品瓶包装批号、装液量、标签检测中的实际应用;指出了检测系统的特点与应用前景。
A method is proposed for the packaging detection of pharmaceutical glass bottle which is based on machine vision technology.Based on the machine vision software HALCON, this article describes the hardware construction, software platforms and structural levels of pharmaceutical bottle packaging line detection systems, as well as the practical application in pharmaceutical bottle batch, liquid volume and label detection.It is pointed out that the detection system features and application prospects.
