区域旅游规划系统是一个开放复杂巨系统,如何实现区域旅游规划高效化、智能化、科学化一直是区域旅游规划的一个重点和难点问题。运用综合集成思想及技术,通过系统定性问题、系统分解、建立模型、资源集成、系统分析、系统综合、综合集成设计等一系列步骤完成了对区域旅游规划系统综合集成。集成后的区域旅游规划系统具有数据录入、存储、管理、输出;规划分析;辅助决策;规划实施、监测、及反馈等功能,并且是一个人-机结合,定性与定量结合,专家体系、信息与知识体系以及计算机体系与区域旅游规划有机融合,高度智能化的区域旅游规划系统。综合集成技术在区域旅游规划中的运用,使得区域旅游规划工作更加科学化、高效化、智能化,对我国区域旅游规划思维创新、规划技术、管理水平的提高起到了积极的推动作用。

Regional tourism planning system is a huge system which is open and complex.How to make regional tourism more effective,intelligent and scientific is a major and difficult issue.By using Meta-synthesis,this paper takes a series of steps to complete constructing regional tourism planning.These steps include system defining,system decomposition,model building,resource integration,system analysis,system integration,integrated design,ect.The integrated Regional tourism planning system has many functions,such as data entry,storage,management,output;analysis of planning;auxiliary policymaking;implementation and management of tourism planning;planning implementation,monitoring, and feedback.It is a highly intelligent system of man-machine combination;qualitative and quantitative analysis combination;expert system,information and knowledge system and computer system organic integration.The regional tourism planning becomes more scientific,effective,intelligent because of the applying of Meta-synthesis.The integrated regional tourism planning system plays an important role in the innovation of planning ideas,improvement of planning technology and management.
