复方肾炎合剂联合坎地沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床观察

Clinical efficacy of compound nephritis mixture and Candesartan in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis

目的探讨复方肾炎合剂联合坎地沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的临床疗效。方法将我院132例CGN患者分为试验组(64例)和对照组(68例)。对照组常规给予低盐、低优质蛋白饮食,口服坎地沙坦治疗;试验组在对照组治疗的基础上,加服复方肾炎合剂,每次口服100 ml,1日3次。两组均以两个月为1疗程。观察治疗前后两组患者24 h尿蛋白(24 hPrn)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)变化情况。结果试验组完全缓解37例,基本缓解19例,部分缓解8例,无效4例,总有效率为94.1%;对照组完全缓解18例,基本缓解9例,部分缓解10例,无效27例,总有效率为57.8%。试验组治疗前后24 hPrn差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗前后24 hPrn差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后血Scr、BUN均较治疗前有所下降,但试验组下降幅度更明显,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方肾炎合剂联合坎地沙坦治疗在减少CGN尿蛋白,降低Scr、BUN等方面,效果明显,安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the efficacy of compound nephritis mixture and Candesartan in treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods A total 132 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups ,the experimental group （64 cases） and the control group （68 cases）. All the patients were given the low-salt and low-quality protein diet, and orally given Candesantan. On this basis, patients in experimental group were orally given compound nephritis mixture, 100ml for each time,three times a day. We observed changes of 24 h urine protein （24 hPrn） ,serum ereatinine （Scr） and＇blood urea nitrogen （ BUN ） of the patients. Results In experimental group, there were 37 cases of complete remission, 19 cases of basic remission ,8 cases of partial remission and 4 cases invalid,with total effective rate as 94. 1%. In control group,there were 18 cases of complete remission, 9 cases of basic remission,10 eases of partial remission and 27 eases invalid,with total effective rate as 57.8%. The 24hPru in experimental group before and after treatment were significantly different （P 〈 0. 05 ） ,while that in control group had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Scr and BUN in the two groups decreased significantly after treatment （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compound nephritis mixture combined with Candesartan has good curative effect in reducing urine protein,Set and SUN,which is safe,reliable and worthy of clinical application.
