Statins in the prevention of myocardium after percutaneous coronary intervention

摘要 研究证明经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)前大剂量他汀类药物强化治疗,能显著减少心肌损伤,有效降低围手术期主要不良心血管事件(major adverse cardiac events,MACE)的发生率。其获益机制除降脂作用外,主要还依赖于他汀的多效性。本文就PCI患者术前大剂量他汀类药物治疗对心肌保护作用的可能机制作一综述。
