自拟补阳还五汤加味治疗心脏期前收缩的疗效观察

Effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment of patients with heart premature beats

目的:观察自拟补阳还五汤加味治疗心脏期前收缩的效果。方法:将180例心脏期前收缩患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组90例,观察组采用自拟补阳还五汤加味治疗;对照组采用静脉滴注丹参注射液,3周为1个疗程。观察并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组显效37例,好转35例,无效18例,总有效率为80%;对照组显效26例,好转28例,无效36例,总有效率60%。观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用自拟补阳还五汤加味治疗心脏期前收缩效果优于静脉滴注丹参注射液。

Objective：Evaluate the clinical efficacy of buyang huanwu decoction in the treatment of heart premature beats.Methods：One hundred and eighty heart premature beats patients were randomly divided into groups and 90 patients each group.The treatment received buyang huanwu decoction and the control group received danshen injections,the treatment period was 3 weeks.To observe and compare the treatment effect of two groups.Results：Of the 90 patients in the treatment group,37 exhibited apparent effects,35 with general effects,18 without effects and the total effective rate was 80%.In the control group,26 exhibited apparent effects,28 with general effects,36 without effects and the total effective rate was 60%.The difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of buyang huanwu deco
