传统知识的传承、创新和运用——对云南德钦红坡村的应用人类学研究

The Inheritance,Innovation and Application of Traditional Knowledge:A Case Study of Hongpo Village in Deqin of Yunnan Province in the Perspective of Applied Anthropology

由于与环境和生计存在着密切关系,传统知识在以生物多样性保护为核心的环境保护中和可持续生计发展进程中都有着重要的作用和地位,但在目前很多环保和发展领域的活动中,传统知识却处于很尴尬的处境:首先,传统知识正在迅速地消失;其次,传统知识依然没有被社会主流充分认识并重视;第三,随着生物资源的利用和生物技术的发展,传统知识往往被"剽窃"利用,传统知识的拥有者也无法从中获益。

The multi- natural environments and multi- ethnic cultures help produce rich traditional knowledge. With a close connec- tion with the living surroundings and existence, traditional knowledge plays a key role in the protection of bid - diversity and sustainable development. However, in many activities for environmental protection and development, traditional knowledge often faces the following three difficulties： first, traditional knowledge is quickly disappearing; second, the dominant culture does not attach great important^e to traditional knowledge ; third, traditional knowledge is often ＂plagiarized＂ in the application and development of biological resources while its owner, the local or minority groups, can not benefit from its application.
