政治合法性视域中的党内民主

Democracy inside Party from the Perspective of Political Legitimacy

政党执政持续合法性的源泉在于民主政治的建设和发展,即民主政治是政党获取权力合法性的路径选择和权力合法性的评判标准。在政治合法性的视域框架内,从党内民主与政治合法性的关系解析入手,分析党内民主的欠缺及政治合法性危机,从而提出加强党内民主建设,巩固党执政的政治合法性基础的对策。

The building of democracy is the source of the legitimacy of a ruling party, that is, democracy is a way as well as a criteri- on to the authoritative legitimacy. The relationship between the democracy inside the party and the political legitimacy shows that political legitimacy crisis lies in the lack of democracy inside party. So, to strengthen the building of democracy inside party is to consolidate the leadership of Communist Party of China.
