摘要
"翱翔",古籍中多数指人的遨游,并非指今之空中飞翔之意。"昭假",为昭格,假与格古籍中并非全为"至"义,多数用为"告"义。古籍中常见的"昭假"应是"昭告"的意思。此二词之原义,后人多不明,以致误解。
The Two Chinese characters "翱翔" (pronounced "gao xiang") in The Book of Songs refer not to todayt flying in the sky but to man' s travelling freely in ancient time. The two characters "昭假" ( pronounced "zhao jia" ) don' t always mean "get to" in ancient books but in most cases "show" or "inform". In ancient time, the word "昭假" usually means "officially announce or notice something to the public". The meaning of the two words is often misunderstood.
