烤瓷熔附金属全冠在前牙缺损修复中的应用

目的:探讨烤瓷熔附金属全冠在前牙缺损修复中的应用效果。方法:选择本院2009年6～12月期间收治的前牙缺损患者86例,随机分为研究组和对照组。两组患者经明确诊断后,对照组患者行传统的铸造冠桥修复疗法,研究组患者给予烤瓷熔附金属全冠疗法进行修复,并对两组患者的临床治疗效果等指标进行对比分析。结果:与对照组比较,研究组患者牙龈正常的概率明显提高,而牙龈轻、中、重度炎症的概率则明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用烤瓷熔附金属全冠对前牙缺损患者进行修复,其疗效确切,效果显著,对前牙缺损患者的修复具有十分重要的临床应用价值。

Objective：To explore PFM molten metal attached in full crown front teeth defect in the application effect.Methods：Choose our hospital Front teeth defect patients 86 cases in June～December 2009,who were randomly divided into research group and the control group.After diagnosised,the control group patients were done traditional casting crown bridge restoration therapy,the research group used PFM molten metal attached full crown treatment to repair.Compared and analyzed two groups of patients＇ clinical effects of such indicators.Results：Compared with the control group,the ratio of normal gingiva in the research group obviously improved.Gingiva light,medium,heavy inflammation ratio of significant decreased,difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Adopt PFM melt attached to metal full crown front teeth defect repair,definite effect and the effect is remarkable,it has important value of clinical applications for patients with front teeth defect repair.
