320排螺旋CT血管成像在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨320排螺旋CT血管成像对颅内动脉瘤的应用价值。方法:2010年1~9月98例蛛网膜下腔出血临床疑诊颅内动脉瘤的患者,于1周内进行CT血管成像和数字减影血管造影检查。结果:经螺旋CT血管成像共发现88例患者存在动脉瘤,DSA发现87例,CTA与DSA检查吻合率为97.70%。结论:螺旋CT血管成像对颅内动脉瘤诊断具有无创、快捷、准确,降低费用,减少并发症发生及多种三维后处理方法等优点,可以作为颅内动脉瘤的首选检查方法。 Objective:To evaluate the application value of 320 multi-slice spiral CT angiography in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm.Methods:From January 2010 to September 2010 98 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage were doubted having the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm underwent the examination of 320 multi-slice spiral CT angiography and Digital subtraction angiography in one week.Results:88 cases of intracranial aneurysm were founded by CT angiography and 87 cases of intracranial aneurysm were founded by Digital subtraction angiography,the coincidence rate was 97.70%.Conclusion:The multi-slice spiral CT for the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm has the advantages of no trauma,more quickly and accurately,lower cost,less complications and various three-dimensional Processing methods,and it can be the top choice in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm.
