日间手术模式下经外环横切口治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝

Day surgery mode transverse incision through the outer ring treatment of children with indirect inguinal hernia

目的:探讨日间手术模式下经外环口治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的方法与疗效。方法:按小儿腹股沟斜疝日间手术条件,选择256例小儿腹股沟斜疝患者,采取经外环横切口行疝囊高位结扎术。术后留观24h以内,以Aldrete与Marshall Chung评分法,作为离院标准。结果:本组患者手术时间短,平均10～20min。平均留观4～6h后离院。结论:选择合适的病例,熟练地行经外环横切口疝囊高位结扎术,良好的麻醉,严格执行离院标准,规范地术后管理,开展小儿腹股沟疝日间手术是安全的。

Objective：To study the operation mode during the day oral treatment of children with inguinal hernia by the outer ring of the methods and results.Methods：Selected 256 children with inguinal hernia of indirect inguinal hernia in children day surgery by the conditions,the line taken by the outer transverse incision high ligation of hernia sac.Within 24 hours after observation room to Aldrete score and the Marshall Chung,as the discharge standards.Results：The patients shorter operation time,an average of 10 to 20 minutes.The average observation with 4 to 6 hours after discharge.Conclusion：Select the appropriate cases,skillfully passing through outer transverse incision high ligation of hernia sac,good anesthesia,strict implementation of discharge standards,standardized postoperative management,to carry out day surgery inguinal hernia in children is safe.
