老年女性原发性高血压患者靶器官损害与血压负荷的关系研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨老年女性原发性高血压患者靶器官损害与血压负荷变化关系及临床意义。方法使用无创性便携式动态血压监测仪记录老年女性正常血压组(50例),原发性高血压Ⅰ级(51例)原发性高血压Ⅱ级(52例),原发性高血压Ⅲ级(52例)的24h动态血压变化。结果原发性高血压Ⅱ级和原发性高血压Ⅲ级患者夜间平均血压接近或超过日间平均血压,昼夜节律消失。结论血压昼夜节律消失更容易导致靶器官损害,夜间舒张压越高,靶器官(TOD)损害越重。血压负荷可作为原发性高血压患者靶器官损害危险预测因子。 Objective To investigate the relationship between target organ damage and the blood pressure burden and its clinical meaning of the primary hypertension old female patients.Methods Make the record of 24 hours' ambulatory blood pressureusing variation of the Nomal blood pressure group(50 examples).primary hypertension Grade Ⅰ group(51 examples),primary hypertension Grade Ⅱ group(52 examples),and the primary hypertension Grade Ⅲ group(52 examples) of the old female.Results The mean blood pressure during the nighttime approach or super than the daytime of the primary hypertension Grade Ⅱ and the primary hypertension Grade Ⅲ patients.The day-night rhythm vanished.Conclusion The vanish of the day-night rhythm is easier to cause the damage of the target organ.The higher of the diastolic pressure in nighttime,the heavier of the target organ damage(TOD) is.The blood pressure burden can be dangerous predict factor of the TOD for the primary hypertension patients.
