妇科手术患者围手术期心理分析和护理干预

Psychological Analysis and Nursing Intervention of Perioperative in Gynecologic Surgery Patients

目的探讨护理干预在妇科手术患者围手术期中术中的应用。方法将116例进行妇科手术的患者,随机分成干预组(64例);对照组(52例),对照组采用常规护理,干预组加以心理、行为,术后康复干预。两组入院后进行心理学调查和测量血压、心率。结果两组患者入院后血压、心率均无显著差异(P>0.05);手术前对照组血压、心率明显增快,(P<0.05),有统计学意义。结论手术患者术前进行心理护理干预有利维持血压、心率的稳定。

Objective To discuss nursing intervention in the gynecology department surgery patient encircles in the technique time in the technique application.Method The carries on 116 examples the gynecology department surgery＇s patient,divides into the intervention group stochastically（64 examples）;The control group（52 examples）,the control group uses conventional nursing,the intervention group performs the psychology,the behavior,after the technique,is restored to health the intervention.After two groups in hospitals,carries on the psychology investigation and the survey blood pressure,the heart rate.Result After the two group of patients are hospitalized,blood pressure,heart rate not remarkable difference（P0.05）;Before the surgery the control group blood pressure,the heart rate increased obviously quickly（P0.05）.Conclusion Before the surgery patient technique,carries on the psychological nursing intervention advantageous maintenance blood pressure,the heart rate stability.
