去骨瓣减压术在基层医院临床中的应用分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的回顾性分析去骨瓣减压术在基层医院神经外科中的运用经验。方法对23例不同程度的颅脑损伤病例均采用开颅去骨瓣减压手术治疗和术后的保守治疗。结果治愈11例,8例恢复差,不能进行生活自理,尚存某些神经精神障碍,死亡4例。结论通过对去骨瓣减压术在颅脑外伤中降低颅内压的应用分析,总结其手术适应证和近年来对该技术的一些改良方法,以便更好地在神经外科中运用,对降低致残率和病死率,提高生存质量均有很重要的意义。 Objective Retrospective analysis of decompression craniotomy neurosurgery at the grassroots level in the use of hospital experience.Methods 23 patients with different degrees of brain injury patients were treated to the bone flap craniotomy decompression surgery and postoperative conservative treatment.Results 11 patients were cured,8 patients with poor recovery and can not take care of themselves,surviving some of the neuropsychiatric disorders,4 patients died.Conclusion Through the analysis of the technique of decompress craniotomy in traumatic brain injury in the application of increased intracranial pressure to sum up the indications for surgery and some of the technology in recent years,in order to be better used in neurosurgery to lower morbidity and mortality,which is significant to improve people's life quality.
