军医大学研究生国际化教育的制约因素与出路

Factors Restricting Internationalized Education for Graduate Students of Military Medical Universities and Countermeasures

教育国际化是当今世界教育发展的一个重要特征和趋势。军医大学研究生教育培养的是高层次军事医学人才,目标在于为军队建设一支"姓军为军"的高水平卫勤保障人才队伍。因此,军医大学研究生院(处)的办学目的 ,是在强调军队特色的前提下,办学指导思想应着眼高素质人才的培养,国际化教育则是实现这一目标的有效手段之一。通过分析我军医学研究生教育国际化的发展现状,探讨了当前我国军医大学研究生教育国际化的一些具体问题,最后针对制约研究生教育国际化进程的瓶颈问题,提出相应的解决对策。

Educational internationalization is now an important characteristic and trend of educational development in the world. Graduate education of military medical universities should produce high-level military medicine talents so as to provide the armed forces with high-level personnel who can guarantee military health. Therefore, the graduate school of military medical universities should aim at producing high-quality talents with the emphasis on army＇ s characteristics, and internationalized education is an effective measure of realizing this goal. By analyzing the current situation of internationalization of China＇ s medical graduate education, this article discusses some concrete problems of internationalization of our country＇ s military medical graduate education, and proposes corresponding countermeasures for factors restricting internationalization of graduate education.
