摘要
学习档案(Portfolio)是医学教育领域应用越来越广泛的考评手段之一,能有效地促进学生围绕培养目标不断地总结、反思、进步和提高。四川大学华西临床医学院近年来将其应用于临床医学专业学生实习教学中,探索并初步建立了《实习生学习档案》填报制度,制定了相应的文本、流程和质量标准,要求学生逐日记录工作量、病例、工作角色、学习环节等,并做出阶段反思和自我总结。本研究发现,《学习档案》的完成质量,与实习生总体评价的高低具有相关性,对于学生职业素质的考评具有重要价值。
The portfolio is becoming increasingly popular as a tool for medical education assessment. It can help students to improve themselves through reflection on their learning. At West China School of Medicine, the portfolio has been used in recent years in senior medical students as part of assessments of their clinical in- ternship performance. Interns Portfolio Management Rules, Procedures and Quality Criteria were designed and implemented to urge the students to record their daily work, patient cases, working roles and everything in learning to ensure their reflection. By analyzing the past 2 years' portfolios, we found a correlation between the portfolio performances and the quantitative internship results of the students. Therefore, the portfolio is valuable for assessing the students' professionalism.
