超声波在六自由度测量定位系统中的应用

摘要 针对模拟排牙获取坐标信息的需要,介绍一种基于超声波的六自由度测量定位系统原理及设计。该系统对三维坐标采用3点7次测量法获得数据,用单片机对数据进行实时处理,实验结果表明,该系统精度能满足实际需要,宜于进行手工操作,并易移植到其它需要六自由度参数的场合。 In view of the fact that simulation of tooth arrangement needs coordinate information, this article de- scribes a six-degree-of-freedom measurement based on the ultrasonic positioning system principle and design. This system obtains data by measuring 7 times at the 3 points on the three-dimensional coordinate, and processes them in real time with a single-chip microcomputer. Experiment results show that the accuracy of this system meets the actual needs, and is appropriate for manual operation. This system can be easily transferred to other occasions where six- degree-of-freedom parameters are needed.
