摘要
视频监控显示器在工业、生活及军事领域都有广泛应用。本文设计了一种可在TFT液晶屏上显示的视频监控显示器,以内嵌8051单片机的TFT液晶缩放引擎芯片为控制中心,以视频转换芯片TVP5150为硬件核心。电路将模拟视频信号编码为ITU-R BT.656类型的数据流。单片机管理整个工作流程,缩放引擎芯片进行图像处理,把数据流转换为低电压差分信号,最终在液晶屏上获得监控图像。该显示器结构轻薄,电路简单,性能可靠,图像显示清晰稳定。
The video surveillance monitor has a wide application in industry, daily life and military. This article designed a type of video monitor which could display pictures on the TFT LCD. The design used a TFT SCALER IC which embedded an 8051 MCU core as the control center and used a video conversion IC TVPS150 as the hardware core. The circuit converted the analog video signal into data stream of ITU-R BT.656 type. The MCU managed the whole working process, and the SCALER achieved the image processing. Then the data steam were converted into LVDS, finally the surveillance images were displayed on the TFT LCD. The monitor has the feature of light and thin structure, simple and reliable circuit, and the clear and stable images.
