The paper mainly analyzes the number distribution of new energy vehicles patent in SIPO （State Intellectual Property Office）.It includes the number distribution of battery electric vehicles patent,hybrid electric vehicles patent and fuel cell electric vehicles patent,the number distribution of new energy vehicles patent in overseas auto makers,and the number distribution of new energy vehicles patent in domestic automakers.
