摘要
某工程为全现浇剪力墙结构,外墙外保温为60 mm厚聚苯板,采用大模板内置法施工,通过保护垫块、"丁"字顶撑、聚苯板专用胶、抗裂砂浆、玻纤网格布、镀锌钢板网等施工工艺的应用和质量保证措施的实施,确保了施工质量,施工效果良好。
In a project, complete cast-in-place shear wall structure is adopted, and 60mm-thick polyphenyl boards are used as thermal insulation of external wall. The construction is carried out by using big formwork built-in method, construction quality is guaranteed and favorable construction effect realized through application of various construction techniques and quality insurance measures, such as protective cushion block, T-type top brace, polyphenyl board glue, anti-cracking mortar, glass fiber mesh fabric and galvanized steel sheet mesh, etc.
