This paper compares gap between China＇s GDP and the GNP since 1992,reflecting the opening up of China has been expanding,from a large number of attracting foreign investment to the foreign investment trend of increasing capacity.And horizontal comparison with neighboring countries to explore the further development of foreign investment in China＇s main path.
