物流企业共同化配送模式研究

无论是生产企业、批发业、零售业,还是物流业,都渴望得到现代化的物流配送模式的支撑与协作。配送领域的诸多瓶颈却严重制约着配送水平的提升,促进配送模式现代化是物流配送业迫在眉睫的任务。提出共同化的配送管理手段能够促进物流企业有效利用资源,提高配送效率;从共同化实施的原则、合作对象的选择、可行性论证及模式确立四个方面探讨了物流企业配送模式的共同化实施方法。

Whether it is manufacturing enterprises,wholesale trade,retail,or logistics,are eager to get a modern logis-tics and distribution patterns of support and collaboration.Distribution areas of many bottlenecks are serious constraints to en-hance the level of delivery,and promote modernization of distribution pattern is an urgent task of logistics and distribution in-dustry.This paper presents a common management tool of the distribution logistics enterprises can promote efficient use of re-sources,improve distribution efficiency;from the common principles of implementation,partner selection,feasibility studies and models Queli four aspects of the logistics of distribution patterns of common implementation.
