以武汉在校大学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查的形式,分析研究"村官"政策在武汉在校大学生中的认知程度和影响程度,以及武汉在校大学生在毕业选择当"村官"的意愿倾向,并在此基础上向政府部门提出相关的对策建议。
